入れ墨・ボディアート（タトゥー・ペイント・シール等）のある方、暴力団員、その他反社会的団体構成員・関係者と認められる方、迷惑行為をされた方、その他当施設をご利用頂くのに相応しくないと認められた方のご入館はお断りしています。Entry is refused to guests with tattoos or body art (tattoos, paint, stickers, etc.), members of organized crime groups, persons recognized as members of or associated with other anti-social organizations, persons who have caused a nuisance, and others deemed unsuitable to use this facility.

タトゥーがあるのですが、大浴場を利用できますか？シールなどで隠せば利用できる場合は、その条件も教えてください。また、貸切風呂や客室のお風呂は利用できますか？Our translation I have a tattoo. May I use the large shared bath? If it is allowed when covered (for example with a sticker), please tell me the conditions. Also, may I use the private bath or the bath in my room?

Private hot-spring bath, reservable貸切風呂は事前予約が可能です。チェックイン前はお電話で、チェックイン後は館内からご予約いただけます。Our translation Private baths can be reserved in advance. Before check-in, reserve by phone; after check-in, reserve within the building.
